| The "the first floor" steamed stuffed bun, being famous in Kaifeng since ancient times, refers to soup dumplings with the thin skin and delicate filling. The skin is not made of ferment paste but just like dumpling wrapper which tastes smooth, and the stuffing is tasty and smooth. If with the mature vinegar, it would taste more unique. |
