大家给分析下这是怎样引起的，怎样处理？

谢谢你的回复，问题已经解决了，刚开始建模的错，我设了一个并不了解的空间群（196F）导致添加的铁原子是二价态的，从而报出Warning: Energy: The simulation box is not neutral.

跟空间群有关吗？请问你是怎样建的模呀？不是直接输入的吗？再切下表面建个真空层？
