补充下审稿意见，大家看看JACS申诉胜算多大？？

请大家帮忙看看，这样的申诉有没有胜算。收到JACS的审稿意见，一个建议拒稿，两个建议小修后发表，最后编辑给拒了。建议拒稿的审稿人没有对实验提出质疑，不需要对实验进行补充，大都是描述、描写和写作的问题，请问这种情况是申诉还是修改后再投或改投呢？？？ While your work appears to have been carried out with care, unfortunately, we are unable to accept all of the sound work submitted to the Journal. We appreciate your choice of the Journal of the American Chemical Society as a possible forum for the presentation of your work. Reviewer: 1 Recommendation: Publish elsewhere. 意见如下： The experimental data generally supports the conclusions, the images are nice and clearly demonstrate the layers on NPs. The work indeed may have impact. Nevertheless, I am sure that in the current form this paper is not acceptable for JACS, and should be rejected. 后面就是文章的建议之类的 Reviewer: 2 Recommendation: Publish in JACS after minor revisions. 意见如下：This technique could be potentially important. However, the significance of this work was not well elucidated. Reviewer: 3 Recommendation: Publish in JACS after minor revisions. 意见如下：The experiments thorough and the results appear to be novel. |
