The results show that the life of the stuctrual oil microcapsule which is prepared by protein/malt dextrin can reach more than 200 days . The embedding rate of the microcapsule samples is still more than 85% after 85 ℃ high temperature treatment, the results confirm the good thermal performance and oxidation resistance of the protein/maltodextrin composite wall material , the weight of the stuctrual oil reduced by 5.16% and 5.55% through the storage experiment for 7 days , the change is small. 有很多不足之处，仅供楼主参考 |
