FITC标记1型胶原蛋白

看见论坛上讲FITC与胶原蛋白混合，振荡。不知道是不是这么简单？另外，FITC要在碱性条件下染色效率较高，而胶原蛋白的等电点应该在4左右，怎么解决这个问题。求做过的虫友解释下 |
