The position of the ribosome footprint indicates the exact first nucleotide of the codon in the A site. When there is e.g. a frameshift, producing a single-nucleotide change in the position of the A site, we can detect that single-nucleotide shift in the position of the ribosome. 这个核糖体与mRNA绑定序列的A位点是如何定义的？怎么能够确定密码子的第一个碱基的位置却不能确定之后的两个？核糖体翻译三个为一个密码子，后两个确定不了是因为碱基摆动学说么？？ |
