做植物组织培养的老师，能否请教个问题 投稿一篇到Plant Cell, Tissue & Organ Culture (TICU) 总编拒稿：意见如下 This journal receives a large volume of submissions, and therefore each manuscript undergoes a preliminary review. While this study fits within the scope of this journal, it does not offer novel information or insights into shoot organogenesis. Morover, the writing style is quite weak. Yet another issue is that the authors did not even bother to format their manuscript according to the format style of this journal. For all these reasons, the manuscript can not be considered for publication in PCTOC. We wish the authors all the besdt in publishing their work elsewhere. 请教各位，意见主要是什么意思，如何修改我的论文，能迅速发表 谢谢 |

拒搞原因： 1. 研究没有新意（it does not offer novel information or insights into shoot organogenesis）； 2. 写作方面欠佳（the writing style is quite weak）； 3. 没有完全按照本刊的要求整理稿件（the authors did not even bother to format their manuscript according to the format style of this journal）。 |
