最近刚收到一条拒稿意见，但以前没有见过（如下）
交流：请教经验高手，像这种情况重新投中的几率是不是很小呢？
稿子状态为：
reject and resubmit
In view of the comments found at the bottom of this letter, your manuscript has been declined for publication in the ***** Journal.
Based on the comments of the reviewers, and their various concerns about much of the manuscript, even though the subject is inherently of interest, I have decided to decline publication of your manuscript in the ***** Journal in its present form.
If you feel you can address the reviewer comments, either through revision or rebuttal, you can submit a revised manuscript as a new submission using the ScholarOne system. Please let me know within 60 days whether you plan to submit a revised manuscript. |
