The crystal structure of as-prepared graphene was characterized by XRD. From curve a in Fig. 3, the feature reflection peak of graphite located on the 2 angle of ∼26.6◦ (0 0 1) is observed with an interlayer spacing of 0.34 nm. The sharp and very intense basal reflection indicates the highly crystalline nature of graphite. This is in sharp contract to the GO (curve b). After oxidation and exfoliation, the diffraction peak of dried GO appears at 10.8◦ (0 0 2), indicating an estimated interlay space of 0.85 nm, quite similar to those reported elsewhere [21,27]. This value (0.85 nm) is much larger than the space (0.34 nm) of pristine graphite, attributed to the introduction of oxygenated functional groups on carbon sheets.
In the other hand, after the subsequent reduction, the diffraction peak disappeared (curve c) even when the y-axis was changed to a logarithm scale (inset of Fig. 3), confirming the great reduction of oxygenated groups and the high exfoliating degree of the layered graphene [28].求助下划线那句是怎么算出来的,0.34nm???

XRD小白一个,我们是搞分析化学的,xrd是外行。见笑
布拉格方程?
XRD基本原理中有这个方程?
还是JADE软件中有这个方程?
