大家帮忙看一下这篇文章重投有戏吗？

前一阵子投了一篇文章，编辑看完意见直接拒了，没说让重投。两个审稿人，一个意见比较尖锐，但是给的是大修，另一个小修，意见如下： 1# The ms is very well written and organized and present interesting results. The discussion is interesting and based on references cited appropriately (although one is missing, see specific comments below). Despite its quality, I’m afraid this ms cannot be accepted for publication in *** without major modifications. The main problem of this work is: ********big issues To circumvent all these problems, I see two (non exclusive) possibilities only for the authors: ************* By adding these information, their work will easily reach the levels of quality the international readers of***are waiting for. 2# Paper well structured, easy to understand and with an adequate discussion.
