第一个问题，是说你所指的temperature并非substrates的温度，而是ZnO/ （具体指什么，需要结合你的文章分析，光看这句，我也不清楚他指什么） 第二个问题，指在3.1中有几处错误 -在“Cross section morphology of ZGO bilayer films at 800 °C by.” 这句话中少了一个单词obtained -不该用whose，要用which代替 -第二段中的“The surface morphology of ZGO bilayer films at 650°C, 700°C and 800°C .”也少了一个单词obtained |
