Comparing with pollution transfer that is the main way for many less developed countries, cleaner production (CP) is less environmental contamination and is a more effective way to control heavy metals pollution. Compared with pollution transfer which is the main solution to metal pollution in less developed countries, cleaner production(CP) produces less pollution and is a more effective way. However, it’s difficult to be put into practice in these countries. |

The promotion of cleaner production (CP) in high polluting industries is an effective way to control heavy metals pollution for developing countries. However, there are more challenges for these countries to develop an effective environmental policy to make enterprises to invest in CP. Even in developed areas of these countries, pollution transfer is still the main way to control the pollution, which causes more serious environmental contamination. 是从这里把三句话缩为一句话把？ |
