这句lisa 你可能误会了最后一句

This is especially true if there is a huge job to do or a huge amount of money to be raised from many people.
的意思我觉得应该是: 这句话在有浩大的工程需要大家一起完成,或需要大家共同集资出一大笔钱时候特别适用.
至于题目:
lisa你觉得聚沙成塔,集腋成裘怎么样? 我觉得这话翻译成这样挺合景的，但是:这两个词可以这么用吗?
