请教如何给编辑写信要审槁人的pdf of annotated script

一位审槁人在审槁意见中这样写到: Due to poor use of English and questionable organisation, it was difficult to understand and make sense of this manuscript, but with perseverance I appreciate what the authors are trying to do and believe they are essentially correct...... The above assessment suggests that there will eventually be a worthy published paper, but considerable improvements need to be made before that outcome is reached......In addition to the above, the manuscript requires a great deal of detailed correction. The necessary changes are too many to list, but I am happy to provide a pdf of my annotated script to help the authors.
