[交流] 请教如何给编辑写信要审槁人的pdf of annotated script

一位审槁人在审槁意见中这样写到:
   Due to poor use of English and questionable organisation, it was difficult to understand and make sense of this manuscript, but with perseverance I appreciate what the authors are trying to do and believe they are essentially correct...... The above assessment suggests that there will eventually be a worthy published paper, but considerable improvements need to be made before that outcome is reached......In addition to the above, the manuscript requires a great deal of detailed correction. The necessary changes are too many to list, but I am happy to provide a pdf of my annotated script to help the authors. They would be well advised to seek the help of a person adept in English before submitting a corrected version.

我想给编辑写信,请编辑跟该审槁人联系,让审槁人把他的pdf of annotated script 寄给编辑,编辑再寄给我.
请教各位如何写这封信,提供一个样稿.谢谢!

每个杂志不一样。编辑邮件发的，直接回邮件看看。系统出版社发的，你也没有好办法了。
