大家给解释一下红色的句子是什么意思：是我的 文章中再说 明 这几个图的时候没有 引入数据，还是 说我的 图 没有加 偏差 棒 ？谢谢！

Reviewer #1: This manuscript deals with the production of curdlan, a very interesting polysaccharide with the potential for being used in medicine.  It focuses in the optimisation if its fermentation process. The experimental design used in this work is well structured, however it lacks in discussion. Important fermentation and growth parameters, such as DO and glucose consumption, have been chosen to evaluate curdlan production and the further nucleotide studies are promising to obtain more insight of carbon metabolic fluxes. Furthermore, the suggested two-stage fermentation strategy is an excellent extension of the work done before However, I suggest that results should be presented in a more clear way (the Tables are confusing, and Textand there isn't any statiscal evidence in the figures presented, for example the use of "apparent effect" (p9, l26) and " significant" are not valid, unless there is stats provided. I would also like to mention that there are several formating
errors and english mistakes that should be carefully revised.
