|
由表1看出催化剂具有较好的加氢异构性能和原料适应性，能够高收率将各种含蜡原料转化为高粘度指数甚至超高粘度指数的低凝基础油。原料的反应效能主要与其含蜡量有关，环烷基VGO和200SN脱蜡油含蜡量较少，原料凝点不高，在较温和条件下即可将其倾点降至规定温度；而650SN含蜡量较高，异构降凝幅度须达到80℃，因此需要苛刻的反应条件。 According to the analysis in table 1，the catalyst has well hydroisomerization activity and adaptability to feedstock, it can transform various feedstock with wax into low-freezing base oil which has high viscosity index or ultrahigh viscosity index.The efficiency of reaction relate to the wax content , naphthenic VGO and 200SN dewaxing oil have little wax,so the solid point is not high,and it can reduce the pour point to the prescriptive temperature under a mild condition;Otherwise the wax content of 650SN is high,and the pour point must reduce by 80℃, thereby,it needs a rigorous reaction condition. |

While the wax content of 650SN is higher, the pour point must be reduced by 80 ℃, so it needs a rigorous reaction condition. |
