帮忙分析审稿意见

刚收到一杂志审稿意见如下: Dear Dr *, The reviewers have commented on your above paper, indicating that the topic is appropriate for publication in ***, but the manuscript is not acceptable for publication in its present form. Although one of the reviewers has recommended rejection, I am prepared to look at a revision if you are able to address all the issues raised by both reviewers. Particularly look at the comment from reviewer #1 regarding the temperature of treatment. There are implications in this for human safety in terms of by-products and metabolites as well. 。。。。。。。 一共2个审稿人，reviewer #1 评价基本是正面的，提了一些意见，都不难修改，并推荐了几篇参考文献。reviewer #2只是说实验太简单，有些结果有过报道，并给了3点建议，没有什么具体修改意见，看来是不感兴趣。 编辑给了大修，大家帮忙分析一下是不是凶多吉少啊?
