用DSC研究了熔融温度与熔融时间对PC/PU共混体系中PC结晶行为的影响。不同的熔融温度和熔融时间对共混物的结晶行为影响表明,在相同的熔融温度条件下,PC的结晶峰温度随着熔融时间的延长向低温方向移动,结晶峰温度和结晶焓值逐渐降低,结晶峰逐渐变宽;在相同的熔融时间条件下,PC的结晶峰温度随着熔融温度的提高向低温方向移动,结晶峰温度按200℃>220℃>240℃降低。 DSC was used to study the impact of the fusion temperature and time on the crystallinity of PC in PC/PU blends. It is concluded, from the different influence of fusion temperature and time, that under the same fusion temperature, Tc of PC gets lower with the prolonging of the fusion time. Meanwhile, the enthalpy of crystallinity gets lower and the width of the peak gets broader. Under the same fusion time, Tc of PC gets towards a lower temperature with the increase of fusion temperature. Tc gets lower according to the sequence of 200℃>220℃>240℃. |

| The effect of the fusion temperature and time on the crystallinization behavior of PC in PC/PU blends was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The influence indicated that on the same condition with the prolonging of the fusion time ,the crystallization peak shifting to low temperature , crystallization peak temperature and crystallization enthalpy decreased and crystallization peak became wider.When fusion time was same, with the increase of melting temperature ,crystallization peak temperature of PC shifted to low temperature, which decreased by 200 ℃> 220 ℃> 240 ℃ . |
