People usually want to make a complaint, when they are really unhappy with the way they are being treated. However, an effective complaint is difficult to master. As things usually go against man’s will, the original intension of them is to solve the problems or be treated fairly by complaining the defective commodities and poor services, but the outcome usually is far from satisfactory due to the unsuitable way of their complaints such as desperate shouting and vengeful attack. More seriously, some people totally lose themselves, and use terrorist and violent means to take revenge against our society, which become the thorny issues challenging every major country all over the world. To combat such problems, a right way to complain is needed. What is the optimal way to lodge a complaint? For me, I prefer make my complaint in writing because of several reasons: The first reason is that making complaints in writing can ensure me without getting upset. It is understandable that people would be very angry if they have been treated unfairly. However, getting angry cannot help us to make an effective complaint, because we may very easily forget the aim of our complaint in a restive mood. Therefore, we must express our complaint in a calm manner. Complaint in writing is a desirable way to avoid irritability. The second reason why I prefer complaint in writing is that I think it is a clear way to communicate problems. For example, when people want to inform a company that they have complaints, most of them might be asked to provide all the details as clear as possible. Comparing with complaint by oral presentation and telephone, putting complaints in a letter can help people list evidences and claims more sufficiently and logically. This point has been acknowledged by more and more people, who believe that writing a letter is the most suitable way to lodge their complaints. Admittedly, it seems that the oral complaint is the most direct way in some situations. I still think, however, complaint in writing is a universal, reasonable and friendly approach to avoid any confusions of my complaint and accept what I am claiming. First, I’d like to know how long will our activity of “every week’s writing” last? Second, I have a recommendation here, as to any writing submitted here, it should expose to the public acknowledgements and critics, and these acknowledgements and criticisms are welcomed to submit here, also it is better that the moderator or those who get criticisms should make the gold acknowledgement to the advisers. Ok, the following is my writing for current topics. Around our life, it is impossible for everything to take place to our desire. There are too many issues and problems we cannot control and understand. accept it or make some differences to better the condition when this case comes into our true life, endless complaints can only add a bad mood in the bad condition. In our current politics and economy, some solutions lie in ourselves other than in the government or someone else. Don’t complaint too much the worrying security conditions around our life especially around our children, if those children killer had been enlightened by someone before those tragedy, maybe......As for the corruption in the government office, it seems that some complaints only indicate some jealousy, whether would you fall into the swirl of corruption or not if you were a officer? Lay our most energy on our key points, my advice. |
