【求助/交流】biotin标记蛋白的条件 已有4人参与

用biotin 标记蛋白有什么标准的方法没有呢？ 我用的方法是将biotin和EDC配成母液，加蛋白之后室温孵育三小时就完了，结果好像不好…… 还请大家指教，不胜感激！ |
