我们的结果表明AU和CU拥有相类似的声子色散关系(phonon spectrum),这样就使得他们的热导是可以比拟的。然而由于质量的差别，他们之间的热导也同样存在着一定的差异。
（相类似的声子色散关系 指的是整体上相似但是细节上还有有差异的）

The results show that the AU and CU share the similar phonon spectrum, inducing the thermal conductance between these two materials is comparable. Owning to the discrepancy of masses, however, there also exist some differences in the thermal conductance.
(自我share the similar phonon spectrum 语气太重, 虫友们是否有更好的表述)

没感觉到语气多重啊，我把这句重新翻了一下，看整体语气是不是好一点
The results show that the phonon spectrum of the AU and CU are similar on the whole, which leads to comparability of the thermal conductance between the two materials. However, as a result of the discrepancy of their masses, particular differences still exist in their thermal conductances as well.

请楼主注意行文的时态。在你的研究结果表述中，AU和CU有相类似的声子色散关系是你的实验结果，用过去时表述更为恰当，同理见 “were observed ...".
另外，"sharing similar phonon spectrum"与 "the phonon spectrum of the AU and CU were similar"均可，both are ok. 前者不要加定冠词 "the";

其他细微之处也有修改，请参考。
