我向genbank提交了序列，但是回信说

值得注意的是，别人的区分结果不一定正确，因为实验是人做出来的，各人使用的实验方法不同，判断的精准度不同，所以已提交的数据可信度不同，但是这些都是很难查得到的。我曾经用自己的一条序列比对，按照得分从高到低的顺序，选用24条比对上的标明了区间的序列与我的序列进行比较，结果出来的结果有好几种，所以就给genbank回信说依照本实验室现有条件和网上搜索得到的数据不能精确界定各个区间。

所以楼主掂量一下自己的方法能不能精确界定，也请认真对待，不然genbank上又多一条会误导他人（在区间界定方面）的序列了。
