我向genbank提交了序列，但是回信说 Please find your assigned Accession Number(s) in the letter below. Please provide us with the nucleotide spans of the following: - ribosomal RNA - internal transcribed spacer in a tab-delimited feature table: >Feature gb|GUxxxxxx| <1 100 rRNA product 18S ribosomal RNA 101 200 misc_RNA product internal transcribed spacer 1 201 300 rRNA product 5.8S ribosomal RNA 301 400 misc_RNA product internal transcribed spacer 2 401 >500 rRNA product 28S ribosomal RNA If you do not know the exact nucleotide spans, please verify which of the above components exist in each of your sequences.
