【求助】请教大家晶体中的electron density是什么意思，如何计算

看到文献中提到SQUEEZE calculations (which showed a total solvent accessible area volume of 4903.9A˚3) indicated the presence of 621e in the asymmetric unit, 621e是如何计算得到的， 好像CH3OH（18e），H2O（10e），什么意思呀？？？？？？ 还有，例如 The result indicated that the solvent-accessible void in the unit cell has a volume of 799.8 A˚3 (consisting of about 12.3% of the crystal volume, equally distributed across four cavities).
