(a) 化学、材料相关专业,最好是化学或者高分子化学专业;

一、课题组简介:
课题组面对生物医药应用需求开发基于有机半导体材料的新型诊疗材料。围绕有机半导体纳米材料难于进一步生物功能化、构-效关系复杂的科学问题,聚焦生物应用有机半导体材料依靠分子间相互作用形成及稳定纳米结构的特点,以提升生物传感和疾病诊疗效果为功能导向,发展了系列新型有机半导体生物材料。
二、课题组主要研究方向:
有机半导体是一类具有离域的π-电子结构的有机分子材料,具有生物相容、光捕获能力强、分子结构灵活、光热磁电性质丰富等优点,近年来被广泛应用于生物及纳米医药领域,显示了在生物传感、荧光及化学发光成像、光声成像、光热及光动力治疗应用的潜力。课题组的研究主要关注于:
• 开发基于DNA双亲聚合物的有机半导体材料表面DNA功能化技术,利用DNA的生物功能性提高有机半导体材料在传感、成像、治疗应用方面的性能。
• 通过有机半导体材料聚集态结构调控,建立聚集态结构和光诊疗性质之间的关系,发展高性能的有机光诊疗特色材料。
三、合作导师介绍:
田雷蕾博士,研究员,南方科技大学材料科学与工程系长聘研究员。代表性论文包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., Chem. Sci., CCS Chemistry, iScience等。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,深圳市重点项目1项,同时是深圳市孔雀团队核心成员。
