蛋白的力场参数文件如何生成？ 已有1人参与

| 最近在用VMD软件做分子动力学模拟，教程里给出了一个蛋白力场参数，但这个参数并不适用于我的蛋白，想知道有没有蛋白通用的力场参数文件？或者根据蛋白模型自动生成力场参数的文件？我看到VMD的fftk插件好像可以生成力场参数，有人会用这个插件能告知详细步骤吗？新手小白看不懂官方教程。 |
