To determine if the as-proposed method can be applied in real samples, the spiked human serum samples at three different concentrations of MTase (0.1, 1 and 10 U/mL) were analyzed using the proposed sensing assay. Here the human serum sample is without MTase (diluted 10 times with 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer) samples. The responses of the signal for Dam MTase in diluted human serum samples were compared with those obtained from Dam MTase in buffer solution.Moreover, three independent spiked serum samples (0.1, 1 and 10 U/mL) were tested by the proposed sensing assay, and the activity of Dam MTase in the spiked serum was calculated by using the calibration curve of standard Dam MTase The recoveries of three independent spiked serum samples were found to be in the range of 95.2%-102.4%, respectively. The precision of the sensing assay was evaluated. The RSDs were in the range of 2.7%-4.5%. These results indicated the potentiality of the proposed method for detection of DNA MTase in real biological samples. 是这一段，也没看出来什么问题呢。
