[交流] PLOS ONE大修后小修，2周后再次under reviewer，担心中~

最近投的一篇plos one，一审大修，修回后一周给的小修，只有一个reviewer提了两个问题，另外两个建议接收。
其中一个问题说大修里面的关于一个问题的解释里面有句话说的不合理，大修问的问题是为什么选择过量麻醉处死小鼠，我回答『There are many methods to kill the animals before the collection of samples, such as cervical dislocation, overdose anesthetics and air embolism. The cervical dislocation is cruel and painful, more importantly, this method may broke the trachea which was necessary for bronchoalveolar lavage in the study. The air embolism kill the mice through blood circulatory disorder, however this method may impact the blood collection and impair the blood components. Therefore, we selected to use a high dose of anaesthetic to kill the mice before bled out, which is better for minimizing the pain of animals and more suitable for the experiment.』审稿人小修的意见『Researchers are using animals for scientific studies; they sacrifice animals for finding new potential treatments. It's not acceptable that "There are many methods to kill the animals before the collection of samples, such as cervical dislocation, overdose anesthetics and air embolism". 第一个问题实在不知道怎么回答，就又重新表述了一下原来的意思，第二个问题『Figures 3-6 have very poor resolution. It's difficult to read and visualize the labels of the graphs and pictures.』，图片上传通过了，编辑也没有异议，就是生产PDF时候会模糊，点击图片链接下载的图片都是可以的，就如实回答了。
小修修回后with editor二周，以为不会送审，结果今天发现再次under review了，心里有点儿慌，一直觉得这个reviewer不友好，好担心啊，不会被拒吧
