western blot问题

审稿人关于western blot问了如下问题： Densitometry (of film or scanned images) is not an acceptable method for quantitation of Western blots anymore. The description on page 5 is not really clear. You should clarify that and determine whether your bands were in the linear range (e.g. if you would get a 10x smaller value with 10x less material). 求助这是什么意思呢？？ |
