The ms is well written and organized. Especially Introduction and Experimental sections. The synthesis of the composite is well described and documented, though elemental analysis of the magnetic core (Fe3O4) was not provided. I am not convinced that it does not contain some residual water.
In analytical part, it would far much better if authors could perform statistical analysis of the designed extraction experiment so that the optimal experimental conditions could by uniquely determined. Was it possible to compare obtained extraction yields with a standard method which produces known yields?
Validation procedure should be performed more comprehensively. Linear parameters should be given with proper statistical ANOVA analysis and regression coefficients must be given with appropriate errors. LOD should be determined from the regression data and for S/N method data should be provided together with the significance test.
A chromatogram of the synthetic mixture should be given together with the chromatogram of the extracted material from the real sample.

1.那么我文章中用的不是正交实验我还需要重新做正交实验吗?我用的是每个因素进行单因素分析~类似于控制变量~~
2.书写方式是有的文章中类似于这样的吗?如上图0.9941(加减符号)0.0210
那这个误差分析应该是重复几次的分析呢?
