Describe the sampling method, the experimental parameters of (APCI-MS/MS) used in the study., and the quantitative method to analyze 3-EP and validation of the method. GC-MS method 6. Describe the experimental parameters of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, which was applied to carry out a comparative experiment for ETS. RESULTS and DISCUSSION Optimization of the method 7. Describe the modification of APCI ion source, and discuss sampling parameter (e.g. stirring time, flow rate) Direct APCI-MS analysis of 3-EP 8. Discuss the parameters of 3-EP direct analysis by APCI-MS. Method validation for quantification 9. Show the evaluation data of the direct APCI-MS/MS method and discussion. Real-world ETS sample analysis 10. Discuss the results of direct APCI-MS/MS method and GC-MS method for real-world ETS sample, and discuss the advantages of the direct APCI-MS/MS method compared to the conventional GC-MS method.
