[交流] 大修被编辑秒拒，已经按照审稿人的意见认真修改了，是否应该申诉？已有17人参与

LZ之前投STARCH，一个月以后回来的意见是大修，三个审稿人的意见都不多，一个是认为要further discuss, 一个说interesting,没提意见，还有一个说要minor revision.

Why not use the Statistica program for analysis of resulados?

Figure 1 only shows the results before the microwave treatment. Where are the results after the microwave treatment?

The results were not enough compared to the results in the literature. It is necessary to further discussion.

This article addresses factors commenting relationship between radical generation and microwave irradiation for various types of rice flour. The subject is not a new but analysis is interesting and within the scope of the Starch Journal.

Dear Editor,
The manuscript has been reviewed precisely. The hidden hazards of Microwave are since several years in the centre of interest. Therefore efforts to proving the truth are welcome.
The study has been designed thoughtful and contains some useful data, thus this article is deserved to be published in STARCH after minor corrections.
The followings must be taken into consideration:
- Radical generation mechanism as well as radical generation and losses kinetics must be included in text.

LZ按照审稿人的意见补了实验，补充了discussion,还用SPSS处理了数据，害怕时间拖太长，三周后就提交了修改稿和response letter.然而提交以后两天内就收到了编辑的拒信，理由只有一句话，而且完全没有审稿人的意见。

看到拒信顿时心凉了半截，辛辛苦苦修改的文章就这么莫名其妙被拒了。实在是想不明白。导师也很气愤，建议我给编辑发邮件询问原因，说明自己已经认真修改的情况。求助大家，请问发这封邮件有必要吗？如有必要，需要怎么说呢？
现在真的很绝望，希望能得到大家的意见，谢谢大家~

谢谢楼上各位的支持，昨天已经给编辑发了邮件。今天收到他的回复，提出了我文章的一些问题并明确表示resubmit无望。也算是彻底死心了吧，我的文章确实还存在着一些缺陷，只是审稿人没指出来，但编辑比较care. 还需要继续努力完善。经过了大修的大喜，和被拒的大悲以后，总结几点教训，供后人参考：
1.审稿人意见少并不代表你的文章一定能被接受，在仔细按照审稿人意见修改的时候，不要忘了编辑的意见，真正的权力在于编辑，审稿人只是参考。
2.注意细节，我这次就死在语言和测定方法上面，虽然投之前已经发给香港的公司润色过，但依然没有达到编辑native的要求，还有就是测定方法写的太简单，比如索氏抽提测脂肪，没有详细说明所用溶剂也没有参考文献。
3.淡定。要有打不死的小强的精神。刚得知被拒的那几天，情绪一直很低落，满脑子就想着文章的事情。其实回头看，这也不一定是件不好的事。起码他给了我大修的机会，审稿人的意见让我的文章更加完善，编辑一针见血指出了我的不足，相信着会让我的下一次投稿更加顺利。

给大修，编辑在主观上是想接收该文章的。有几种情况最后编辑不得不拒：
1）完全没有修改；
2）改是改了，但基本上都在回避审稿人的问题；
3）英语语言问题，修改完后还是有很多地方读不太懂或读不通的。

这种编辑其实挺无语的，虽然说编辑指出审稿人没指出的问题而拒掉无可厚非，但是这个过程应该在编辑送审之前指出，而不是等作者按照审稿人意见修改完毕之后再指出。
