投的CM 没有送审 可以帮忙看一下下面编辑给的回复 是不是投高了 转投的话要降到什么程度的杂志上！！ Our office has received the manuscript referenced above for consideration as an article in Chemistry of Materials. Due to the large number of manuscripts that we are receiving, and the increased demands that are being placed on our reviewers, we are now screening all submitted papers before they are sent out for external review. Papers that do not provide a clear evidence for a significant advance that is likely to be of broad interest in materials chemistry will not be considered further for publication (see the Scope and Editorial Policy document at http://pubs.acs.org/page/cmatex/submission/index.html). The editors have examined your manuscript and have concluded that it does not meet these criteria. Specifically, the editors find the manuscript lacks a significant advance in the chemistry of materials and the scope as too narrow for the broad readership of the journal.Based on our experience with our reviewers we are confident they would reach the same conclusion. We hope that making this decision now provides you with an opportunity for a timely submission to an alternative journal. |
