请各位帮忙看看编辑的回复，我是应该修改后重投还是改投其他刊物，非常感谢 已有3人参与

Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. It has been examined by expert reviewers whose reviews are attached. The reviewers have expressed serious reservations about this work that I don’t believe could be addressed through a standard major revision. In light of the comments received, I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication in Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. However, if further experimentation, analysis, and revisions allow you to address the referees concerns in full we would be happy to consider a revised manuscript that includes such data and analysis (assuming no related data is published in the interim). This revision should address the reviewers’ comments and include a point-by-point response to the concerns. To revise your manuscript, log into ACS Paragon Plus at http://paragonplus.acs.org/login and select "My Authoring Activity". There you will find your manuscript title listed under "Expired Revisions and Manuscripts No Longer Under Consideration." With the exception of your main text file, all of your original files will be available to you for review or replacement during the resubmission process. If you need to replace a file, please be sure to remove the original before uploading a new one. In all circumstances you must upload a new manuscript text file. When submitting your resubmitted manuscript through ACS Paragon Plus, you will be able to respond to the comments made by the reviewer(s) in the text box provided or by attaching a file containing your detailed responses to all of the points raised by the reviewers. Prior to submitting the manuscript, ensure that the manuscript addresses the following points: Format: Your revised manuscript must adhere to ACS format, especially references. For your convenience I have provided a link at the bottom of this message to the Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research guidelines for authors. Note that in ACS Paragon Plus, authors have the option of embedding graphics into the manuscript or supplying graphics separately. Supporting Information: A paragraph titled Supporting Information Available should be included after the acknowledgment paragraph.
