[求助] (2X2X2的f.u.)pnma对称性40-atoms超包POSCAR怎么建? 已有1人参与

如题想建一个40颗原子pnma对称性的超包(2x2x2), 楼主怎么也建不出来,有没有人建过这样的POSCAR?

知道对称性,还需要知道原子的位置坐标才可以

弄到MS里,定义好空间群,输入坐标,先构造出晶胞,在扩展一下就可以了,完事儿后,生成个cell文件,再把坐标读出来。如果不嫌麻烦,自己写个小程序转换一下也行

您说的,没错!现在这个我实在是。。。
以最简单的cubic为参考,最简单的pnma是一种类似于根号2*根号2*2的结构(20颗原子)。我现在想得到2*2*2的结构(40颗原子)。还可以这么做吗?
