麻烦大家给看看，是不是悲剧了？还有必要修改吗？ 已有13人参与

原文如下： I regret to say that I cannot accept your manuscript because it is not fully prepared for the peer-review process. (1) The quality of English in the above-mentioned manuscript is such that the manuscript cannot be reviewed in its present form. (2) The description on the proposed method (section 2) is very hard to follow due to insufficient explanations. Many numbers in section 2 also look arbitrary. (For example: Where the numbers 927, 831, and 639 come from? (above equation (4))). The notation is not consistent in many parts. (3) Moreover, the format of the manuscript does not match with the AO standard. The font is not consistent. We suggest that you try to work with a native English-speaking colleague to revise the manuscript so that it will be understandable to our reviewers. If you submit a suitably revised manuscript, it will be treated as a new submission and subjected to our normal review process. 被严重鄙视  ，本人第一次投稿，就这么无情的被拒，有经验的给分析一下，还能再投吗？怎么回信？谢谢各位了... |
