gaussian 09 做刚性扫描 scan 问题求助 已有2人参与
我想做两个分子体系的刚性扫描,如图,扫描第6号C和50号氧的键长。可是下面坐标里没有标出这个键,请问我该怎么输入?如果按照opt=modredundant那样的输入,例如5 60 1.4 S 10 0.2 ,只进行一步就结束了。 求大神指教
