Jujube is rich in calcium and iron, can prevent and treat osteoporosis and anemia. Jujube also contains very high levels of vitamins and amino acids. Women after giving birth should consume red dates, which is believed to have yangxueanshen (nourishing the blood and bringing tranquilization) effects and accelerate the recovery of their bodies; Eating red dates by frail elderly people can strengthen their physical fitness. |
