The yam has has benefits of antioxidant, hypoglycemic, lowering blood lipids, protective effect against liver injury, but also has immune modulatory, anti-tumor, anti mutation effects, etc.. 红枣Hongzhao (Chinese dates or Red dates) is a kind of snap with nutritional value, also known as jujube. Jujube is rich in calcium and iron, can prevent and treat osteoporosis and anemia. Jujube also contains very high levels of vitamin and amino acids. Women after giving birth should consume red dates, which is believed to have yangxueanshen (nourishing the blood and bringing tranquilization) effects and accelerate the recovery of their bodies; Eating red dates by frail elderly people can strengthen their physical fitness. |
