Abinit 并行编译问题 已有1人参与

最近折腾abinit, 想在实验室集群上实现并行计算。编译时使用的命令为 ./configure --prefix='blabla' --enable-mpi=yes --enable-mpi-io=yes FC=mpif90 CC=mpigcc make make install 编译后运行log文件输出： .Version 7.10.4 of ABINIT .(sequential version, prepared for a x86_64_linux_gnu4.8 computer) .Copyright (C) 1998-2014 ABINIT group .
