语言问题immediate reject & resubmit 的情况大家遇到过么？

投稿一周多编辑来信了，编辑刚好是我选的审稿人。。。貌似认为文中语法问题较多。。。 Thank you for submitting your paper to the Journal of Intelligent Material Systems and Structures. I have read through your paper and find that it has too many grammatical errors to send out for review. I fear that the reviewers will become discouraged and reject it. Please get a native English speaker or expert in English grammar to correct it and re submit it. Thanks again for considering JIMSS for presentation of your results. Should you have further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. 这种情况下resubmit是重新投一份新稿件么？要有什么说明么比如cover letter 中？现在系统中显示是Immediate Reject ，貌似没有看到resubmit的选项啊。。。 编辑说的这些是否表明文章内容还凑合只是语言问题较大，resubmit有戏么？求大神指点  |
