投稿三天后，编辑给的答复，需要给编辑回复吗？

创立不到半年肯定是查不到收录情况的，一般得创刊一年后才有影响影子，不过elsevier的期刊影响因子水平总体都不高。现在发文章对原始创新性要求都比较高，楼主可以心里权衡一下，能否补充数据把论文提升一下发个高SCI的，不能的话就只有降低要求了

编辑委婉的拒稿，并推荐了其它合适的期刊，可以将稿件直接转过去不用重新编辑，下面有编辑推荐的期刊名称楼主可以选择，最后编辑表明所推荐的期刊并不一定会接收

可是他推荐的期刊不太好，如果不接受什么的，需要进行相关的回复吗？
