急！论文二审意见回来，求大神帮忙看下希望大不大？ 已有2人参与

Reviewer #1: After revision, the content is good. However, I think this paper has not been written carefully, some expressions and the paper structure are not based on the standard. The authors should read some paper and understand how to organize an academic paper and how to make it be read clearly. I think the papers should be concisely written and be one column double-spaced format (11-point font). Another question: in Fig. 8(a), why does the rate of HOG has 2 values when false alarm rate is -5? My suggestion is major revision. Reviewer #2: all comments are incorporated in a proper way Reviewer #7: The structure of this paper should be improved to make it easier to be followed. This paper contains 47 equations which are a bit too much. This can distract the readers from the flow of the contents. Reviewer #9: Although the authors have shown their efforts to revise this paper, I think the quality of this paper in its present form doesn't meet the requirement of a SCI journal due to the following reasons: 1. The authors tried to introduce every component of the proposed framework in details, but most components utilize existing techniques. The authors should emphasize the differences and novelty, rather than give a a long and repetitious description throughout this paper. The revised paper is still hard for reviewers or readers to follow. 2. The responses of the authors don't convince me that this paper has contributions in the multi-object tracking. -还有第二个审稿人只有一句话，该怎么回复啊！急求！ |
