之前投了篇稿，要大修，截止日期前没完成，发邮件问可不可以推迟两周，今天收到邮件如下，附件打不开（.eml格式），不知道啥意思，有点不明觉历，求大神指点！ The Institution of Engineering and Technology is registered as a Charity in England and Wales (No. 211014) and Scotland (No. SC038698).
