求翻译一个一个实验方案

Iron oxide films were deposited on F-doped SnO2 coated glass substrate (Hartford glass, TEC 15) by an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method (USP).1 A solution of 20 mM iron(III)acetylacetonate (Aldrich, 99.9 %) and 0.1 mM niobium ethoxide (Aldrich, 99.95 %) in absolute ethanol (Fluka, for synthesis) is injected into an ultrasonic nozzle through a tygon tube (Roth T3602-13, inner ∅ = 1.6 mm, silicon-free) with a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min using a peristaltic pump. The aerosol created is transported by an air stream of 20 L/min through a quartz tube (∅ = 36 mm) containing the substrate mounted parallel to the gas stream on a heat block kept at 525 ºC, producing homogeneous red-brown, semi-transparent films of mesoporous hematite (α-Fe2O3). The films used in this work had thicknesses of 150 – 200 nm. |
