急求投稿后如何回复。。。。

 小弟最近写了篇有关托伐普坦在高脂状态下的生物等效性试验。由于小弟是第一次投稿，不知该如何回复，万分着急。希望前辈能指条明路，小弟不胜感激。谢谢。小弟就只做了高脂状态的，可评审为何一直抓住这个不放，编辑就给了10天的修改时间，万分着急啊。求各位前辈来指导下小弟。小弟没多少金币，求帮助  1.
