有机合成操作过程： Allgemeine Arbeitsvorschrift ( AAV) zur Synthese der Isoindol-4,7-dione 3, 4 und 6 10 mmol Chinon 2 werden in 100 ml wasserfreiem Toluol gelost und nach dem Zusatz von 20 mmol 1 sowie 50 mmol Paraformaldehyd unter Wasserabscheidung zum Sieden erhitzt (Ruckflul3). Nach der jeweils angegebenen Zeit wird filtriert und das Filtrat (F1) auf wenige ml eingeengt. Die Abtrennung von nieht urngesetztem Chinon erfolgte saulenchromatographisch. 谢谢高人！！ [search]德文翻译[/search] |

可以参考一下： General working method (AAV) for the synthesis of Isoindol-4 ,7-dione 3, 4 and 6 10 mmol Chinon 2 in 100 ml of anhydrous toluene solved and after the addition of 20 mmol 1 and 50 mmol paraformaldehyde deposition under water heated to boiling (Ruckflul3). After the specified time is filtered and the filtrate (F1) confined to a few ml. The separation of nieht urngesetztem Chinon was saulenchromatographisch.  |
