The design comes through a completed theoretical calculation and modeling to the real "product". However, the resistive divider is a well known technology, and the equipment introduced in this paper hasn't distinguished itself from the conventional voltage divider. I suggest the authors to revise the paper and emphasis the new ideas, inventions or discoveries. |

我的编辑的回复是：The reviewer questions whether there is sufficient novelty to warrant publication in RSI. In view of these recommendations, we feel that we cannot accept your paper for publication in its present form. If you can identify what you consider new or novel in your work and revise your manuscript to emphasize that aspect I can give the manuscript further consdieration. Of course, if you believe our reviewer to be mistaken, you should feel free to upload a Rebuttal, giving your reasons in some detail. If you do so, please put your comments in such a form that we can send them directly to the original reviewer, and possibly to additional reviewers, without having to edit them first. 应该只是给原来的审稿人吧，不会又找其他的审稿人吧？  |
