编辑来信， Please find the attached file and send us four International Referees with complete postal and email addresses as soon as possible for evaluation of your manuscript Note: please send the email id of all the authors present in the manuscript. In view of the high costs of publication, it has been found necessary to introduce a page charge to offset these costs. The charge is US $ 10/- per typed page (typed in single space double column). You are requested to kindly confirm that the amount will be remitted as soon as the paper has been accepted for publication.
